Hi Steve, I just wanted to send a note to say thank you for everything. We are so incredibly happy with the work you guys did. It's very surreal being in that space right now and hard to remember what it used to be like! This was a potentially stressful process that turned out to be seamless. We had waited 10 years for the chance to do this project and we are over the moon with the quality of the workmanship. Also, the communication along the way has been top notch. We never felt like we were in the dark about anything. The girls have been enjoying running around in our new open plan living area. It's a game changer having everything out in the open and visible! We are very pleased with the job Chace did. He is very patient when we asked him questions, taking the time to explain what and why things were happening. Overall, he is a great guy. After getting 4 quotes, we loved the way Teahen did an all in price for electrical, plumbing and construction. Other contractors left out many details and some pricing was also left out of their quote, leaving alot to the "unknown"...this is why we went with 'Teahen'. The job in the end ran smooth with everyone who worked the project. Overall we are very very happy with everything. No surprises. A great job. -May 2018
